Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

Anyway, we owed you a “Thank you!” for ordering a light from We hope you are delighted with the items to receive from Bytelamp, but if you are not perfectly satisfied with it, return it within 30 days following delivery for a refund or exchange. We value your shopping experience.

No Restocking Fee will be charged except the shipping fee.

The following items are not eligible for the Bytelamp Refund Policy:
a) promotional items;
b) gifts and premiums;
c) Used product and no quality issues

We offer a 1-2 Years manufacturer warranty following delivery for any failures or defects that occur through normal use.
The warranty won’t be renewed for the replacement.

Since the packaging of lamps is often relatively large, we will check the quality of the product before shipping to ensure that the product can be normally used.
However, the damage will inevitably occur during transportation. Weather, squeezing, and more.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging, and in the condition, in which they were received. 

1. We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective. Bytelamp is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement fees.

2. You choose the wrong product due to a changed mind, personal reason, etc. The customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees.

In the event a returned product is not defective, not the original product that was sent to you, or the product does match what was shown on the Site after our inspection, the product will be returned to you at your cost.
And the return shipping cost initially covered by Bytelamp will instead be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with pictures and videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
